What credit card can I apply for that does not check credit?

      Hi. Our FDIC insured bank, Public Savings Bank has a Visa secured credit card that features:
      - NO CREDIT CHECK OR INQUIRY
      - Reports to all 3 major credit bureaus
      - No annual fee
      - 0% APR for 6 months on purchases
      - Low $200 minimum deposit

      As long as you can verify your identity, address, and social security number you can start building credit history.
